Recording has been going awesome. We’re about halfway done now and have started to really feel some momentum. We’ve got a show coming up on the 29th of April over at the Rhythm Room which should be a lot of fun. We’ve haven’t played live in quite a while so we’re getting pretty excited. Bryan & Audra just got back from an awesome trip to SXSW (unfortunately we did not play this year) and are feeling mighty inspired after seeing a bunch of awesome shows. P.S. Remember Modified Arts? That place was cool. We miss playing there as well seeing shows. Bummer it’s not around anymore.

We’ve been busy recording for the new album. We’re working towards the goal of releasing another LP sometime in the not too distant future. Things are going well. We’re doing everything ourselves this time and as we get closer to completing songs we’ll post them here to give everyone a preview of what’s to come. We’re all very excited about how everything is sounding and the overall feel is pretty awesome. If you’ve been out to any of our recent shows some of these first few tunes will probably sound familiar. Check out the first track here. It’s called Familiar Things. More to follow!

Space Park

We’ll be playing underneath this thing next Saturday night with Andrew Jackson Jihad, Antarctica the Beautiful, and The Do It Up Right Initiative. Check out the flier here.

The band had to take a bit of a break and go party down in Cancun to celebrate Bryan and Audra’s wedding but we’re back now. We’ve got a show scheduled for November 7th at the Civic Center Space Park in downtown Phoenix (more details to follow) so come out and congratulate them yourselves! It’ll be their first show as Mr. & Mrs. Marscovetra. How cute.

In other news we’ve been writing new material and are planning on hitting the studio very soon to start recording. We’ll keep you posted as things progress.
